Steam train to Elgin

Steam train engines are such stately machines. They impose admiration when they start to huff and puff.   They draw a romantic picture of a previous time.
There are few things that can compete with them to create emotions of nostalgia. 




These photos are of the popular steam train that takes people on weekends for a day trip from Cape Town to the market at Elgin.
